I don't really see anyone in there that can give the ACC it's 4th Heisman Trophy (FSU only ACC school to have had a player win one). But if I had to lay some dough on it, I like Connor going off at 40/1. Dude's a beast. But my favorite bet would be Samaje Perine going off at 20/1. That kid is a monster and the Big12 doesn't have any defenses worth a sh*t.
