Any recommendations for all-inclusive resorts near cancun or bahamas? Now that we have a two yr old we're looking for an F it button to let someone else do all the cooking and cleanup for a long weekend. Obviously we're looking for something toddler-friendly since one minute he's happy to eat veggies and smile, and the next he's trying to spit milk as far as possible while hurling every non-bread item onto the floor with this cold, serial-killer stare. Distractions/rooms/areas for the kiddo are probably as key a having great food.

Head on down to Iztapalapa in Mexico City and go to the barrio known as La Joya. It's an "all-inclusive" spot where you just need to show up after 10 PM and tell the first person you see, "Necesito ayuda, estoy perdida!" You will get a willing concierge that will show you the finer things the barrio offers. Good luck!

I can tell you from experience the staff at these places in Cancun and Cozumel will test your knowledge of what your “all inclusive” includes.
