Good move for Lawson and the Rockets. This is a steal. Denver really gets nothing in return. Ty is currently in rehab for 30 days in Malibu, CA and I wish him the best. If he can control the drinking demon (and that's a horrible demon to try to control), Ty and the Rockets are going to have a great next season.
