Isn't the GREAT benefit of Mack that he out recruits almost everybody? How many SEC offers does Jackson have? Are GT and Louisville his only other P5 offers? Fedora and Bunting could sign that level of recruit.

Mack doesn't hand pick every single recruit, especially on the OL. Clements wanted him and Clements got him. SEC schools often time can come in late with offers as well as the other big-time programs. However, I don't think having SEC offers is a prerequisite of if the kid can play or not.

It's only Jan 2023 so you're not going to see a ton of 2024 kids ranked as of right now. This kid here started on the OL as a sophomore on a high school in the highest classification in 4A. OL has always been a crapshoot in regard to talent evaluation. Clements is new so it will be interesting to see the type of players he likes. I wouldn't get too into the weeds as far as ranking as we have a 5 star tackle that is rumored to be behind a 3 star heading into the Spring.

Rivals and 247 both have their top 250 rankings posted. I would think most of the ‘24 class would be ranked by now.
