That's pathetic in the new world of basketball ...... which live & die by 3 ball ...

I hate the athletes we bring in. I want shooters. I want a stable of guys that shoot ridiculous percentages. I could care less if we ever get one more mcdonalds all american...blah blah blah. We have the most ridiculous athlete on the bench as a backup PG but he cant throw it in the ocean. Leaky is plain old awful...he gets ready to shoot and across the viewing region a collecting groan is heard from the masses of people that dont want him to shoot. and he has had a couple of decent games shooting. But...nobody wants him shooting except the other team. We have volume shooters in Love and Davis...but they arent consistent enough. Right now if we dont win the ACC Tournament we probably arent gonna be in the NCAA tournament. 0-9 in quad 1 wins.... Freaking 0-9...really. I want some volume shot makers and since we dont have any...it is time to shuffle the deck and pull some peoples scholarships and let them move on.

I'm guessing the NIL deals are year by year. And I don't see that core group being nearly as attractive barring another end of year miracle run.

at one point we had missed 16 in a row ... and KEPT ON JACKING. IMO that's partly coaching (or lack thereof).
