Carolina has faced its last six opponents away from the confines of Kenan Stadium in Chapel Hill. That’s the longest stretch for an ACC opponent without a home game since NC State went eight games without a home contest during the 1967-68 seasons. UNC began its journey with a game at Virginia Tech and then the short trip to play NC State, then faced Clemson in Charlotte, N.C., for the ACC Championship; Baylor in Orlando, Fla., for the Russell Athletic Bowl; Georgia in Atlanta for the Chick-fi l-A Kickoff Game and last Saturday’s trek to Champaign, Illinois to face Illinois. - The ACC
