That would make this board the exact opposite of the ZZL. It's part of Inside Carolina. The non-sports board. It has devolved into a 'safe space' for Clinton supporters. It used to be good. Now it sucks. Hopefully things are better here.
Thanks for the heads up. I can hold my own, but appreciate the advance notice. How many Mods here were so despondent over the election that they said they couldn't stand the United States as a country and are moving to Ireland?
I avoid most of the political threads, as I pretty much can't stand any of the SOB's, so why waste my time getting upset over it?

The board leans to the right, mods included. There are a couple ongoing rivalries so to speak between a handful of posters but its a lot of fun if u dont take yourself too seriously. Welcome.

Asking the new guy the hard hitting questions right off the bat I see. Great work.
My recommendation would be to read through some of the political threads on here and gauge it for yourself. The mods haven't tried to curb anyone's political opinions as far as I'm aware. Definitely no Safe Spaces here, but at the same point outright bashing another poaster personally isn't cool.
Also if you decide you want to stick around, pick an avatar. If you don't have one your poasts are glanced over and you're easily forgotten.

I rarely poast on the Ziz and am done with it completely now, but I am here all the time. This place is much more conservative than the Ziz and you will enjoy it immensely.
I am also the guy (that's me-VMI) who won $570 off those rubes. What was your handle there?
Also, this board has far fewer threads than the Ziz but we get more in depth. Also more clowning around here- people here don't take themselves nearly as seriously.

This is a great example- Noir is one of the resident liberals- if this was the Ziz- he would have been sincere in wanting you to shoot yourself, as you well know.

The political debates get heated here, but it's a completely different vibe than the ziz. Generally speaking, no one here gets offended or triggered at the drop of a hat.

It sounds like you'll feel at home with the political threads (in which I don't participate). You will be required to post random pictures and gifs periodically to maintain your board membership. 4.) Pre-shredded packaged cheese reigns supreme over block cheese that you shred yourself.
5.) Be on the lookout for parody threads. You'll know them when you see them.
