A few injury-related notes:
*Myles Dorn remains out and will be for some time. He’s not close to returning. It’s an injury to his left knee.
*Aaron Crawford was in shorts Tuesday and still has the same limp he did a couple of weeks ago. He’s not expected to play Saturday.
*There remains some uncertainty regarding center Jay-Jay McCargo. Chris Kapilovic said after Tuesday’s practice that Jonathan Trull, the walk-on senior who started the ECU game, is battling for that role again for the Pitt game. Trull, by the way, graded out significantly lower than any of UNC’s other offensive linemen who played in last week’s game.
*It appears Michael Carter is either very close to returning and playing in the Pitt game or is absolutely going to play. If I were to put odds on him playing, they’d be pretty good.
