My childhood, basically. To this day I have a wonky eye from where I caught Steve Robbins' knee while being tackled. Within minutes, my brow swelled up so large it looked like I was smuggling a golf ball.

i know, right...we played every saturday morning and wore these god-awful cheap jerseys...i had a #33 from carolina, don't even recall who that was in 1984...playing in light snow or rain was the best.

Yeah, that's fun shit for kids. We all played tackle football as kids. Nothing wrong with that. But adults that play that kind of football are irresponsible. Most likely it's a bunch of sad, do-nothing adults that are trying to relive the glory days of high school.
