Aaaand we're #23 in the new CFP rankings

From ESPN writer David Hale: "North Carolina cracks the top 25, checking in at 23. Five two-loss teams are ahead of the Tar Heels, and after a 66-31 win over Duke, might've hoped for a bit more love. Resume for UNC looks every bit as good as No. 19 UCLA, No. 18 Northwestern, No. 16 FSU, No. 12 Oklahoma."

As long as the team keeps playing like they have something to prove, there's no telling how high we can go. Keep doing your thing, guys. Keep winning and shut up any one who doubts you!

Yep exactly where I expected. Really though, if the Heels can keep winning, the ranking will take care of itself. I do however think that if Carolina can knock off Clemson, the ACC is left out of the playoff. At this point though, it is a welcome sight to see the boys ranked in the playoff top 25.

The committee is a joke. There are three AAC teams ahead of UNC. Sorry, but the ACC is better overall than that conference. UCLA and Northwestern with 2 losses ahead of UNC? Northwestern has 2 blow out losses and UCLA lost to ASU who has about the same record of SC. The committee is not properly evaluating teams. It is just like the basketball committee, it has a biased agenda. I would like to say if UNC keeps winning they will finally get the respect they deserve, but this is not the truth. The truth is UNC has to keep winning and hope teams ranked higher lose. Although, FSU did lose and didn't move at all.

I thought we'd be a little higher myself, but, it is what it is. I agree with the sentiment of just keep winning and just keep doing what we're doing. A nice win over Miami might give us a little boost.
