ACC Barnstorming Tours

I was going through some old UNC stuff and ran across a program from the early 1980s when the ACC Seniors came to my high school on a "Barnstorming Tour." Does anyone remember those? Do they still do them?

I think this one had Gene Banks, Mike Pepper, Larry Nance, and even had a Davidson player or two to have enough players for the game.

Yes they do. The future NBA stars usually don't compete, for fear of injury before signing a contract.

yep....i went 2 years ago to the one in farmville, nc.....saw mason plumlee, ryan kelly(didnt play on crutches), dexter strickland, wood from ncstate.....host of other guys...good fun
