Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game Refund Information

GREENSBORO, N.C. (theACC.com) – Patrons who purchased tickets to the 2016 Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game originally scheduled for Charlotte’s Bank of America Stadium through official ticket avenues will be granted a 100 percent refund (base price, taxes and service charges).

The Atlantic Coast Conference greatly appreciates the loyalty and support of those who purchased their tickets early, and will begin processing full refunds immediately, which should post within five to seven business days.

The new location for the 2016 Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game will be announced at a future date. The game remains scheduled for primetime onSaturday, December 3, at 7:45 (ESPN) or 8 p.m. (ABC). Fans who previously purchased tickets for this year’s game will be given priority on purchasing tickets at the new venue before they go on sale to the general public.

Refunds will also be granted for any previously purchased tickets to the ACC Night of Legends and the ACC Champions Tailgate, and to those who registered for the ACC Fan 5K and Kids Mascot Run.

All tickets purchased through Ticketmaster or the Charlotte Sports Foundation are in the process of being refunded. Customers who purchased their tickets from any other outlets should contact their point of purchase for a refund.
