Transfers can make big impacts, especially the ones who are eligible immediately. We've speculated on which QB transfers the Wufs would haunt, so let's have a thread for transfers into and out of the ACC.
Starting off: former. QB Patrick Towles is leaving UK for BC.
Addazio has failed miserably to recruit or develop a QB. It has seemed as if he thinks the game requires only a decent backyard QB athlete as long as you have a good D and OL, both of which BC has. Towles can run the ball a bit, but he is a sharper passer and better field general than any BC QB under Addazio. It will be interesting to see how much Towles revives a moribund BC offense with his arm. BC has solid if not spectacular receivers.
