For the term of the agreement all the proceeds for TV media rights and even home game attendance stays with the ACC so no school can afford to leave the ACC for the next 20yrs.

I think what you saw was RN and not NR, RN basketball stands for Recruiting Nation basketball. It is what ESPN calls their bball recruiting side.
