Those kind of turn arounds are more than possible, if you have the right staff. That Mack hasn't done in 4 years, much less one, says that he has not had the right staff on D.

Dook football would be deader than dead if not for Cutcliffe. He did enough to pump life in. And Elko did at least that much last year. They should not betaken lightly.
