Arkansas head coach Brett Bielema and the Hogs' DL caoch had an in-home visit with Cater on Thursday night.
According to some reports, Cater was going to visit South Carolina this weekend but canceled after Bielema's visit, but of course, the weather issues may have been more the factor.
Reports suggest the visit with Bielema went well and Cater maintains he will make a decision in signing day.
