Andrew I really love my heels, I am 66 and been a member I think for close to 20 yr. I have been through problems with rivals before about internet not getting on and you really don't have anyone to talk to to work through issues even if they are self inflicted like this one very well could be. I have tried to get in touch with them and you never get a living person. After saying all that I will be leaving you guys and watch the from afar like most. You are good guy as most on here but every time I go through the process. It's not the effort it's the process. I kinda feel whoever runs Rivals likes the money and not the issues. Again whether self inflicted or a glitch. We are all Tar Heel fans in the end. Thanks
