Sounds like it's the athletic department that screwed up and not the coach.

This was never about learning anything. This game has always been

1. get a win
2. help the o-line develop some chemistry
3. get the young receivers/backs some reps
4. develop depth at all positions

This issue was with the athletic department and not the coach or players. FAMU has one compliance officer for 300+ student athletes and was unable to get all transfer players certified in time.
