I agree with this. Hopefully one of the next two. I would like to see them win both this week, and depending on how they then do in ACC tourney - could possibly work up to a 6 or 7 seed (ceiling)? They must win one more game. Any game. Chance of a double bye is 23%
It sure would be nice if Heels got to a 7 or even a 6 seed, or I would be OK with a 10. If they end up as an 8 or 9, that means they would be facing a 1 seed if they won the first round (8/9) game. The prospects of this Heels team prevailing at all, let alone on 2 days rest against a 1 seed, like Zags, Baylor, Michigan, OSU - are slim to none.Unless they go on a 3 game skid should be in, but nothing impossible with this team. Question now is how high can they raise their seeding. With the tourny played in a bubble there will be no favorable regions for UNC so seeding is really key. As far as double bye - who knows. 11-5 should be in top four if Heels win out. The split with FSU could be huge in Noles win conf but UNC loses tie-breaker to UVa, Clemson and GT
Please the glass is half full and they are polishing their dancing shoes as we speakAbsolutely not! Far from a "lock", at this point. They'll need to win at least one of the remaining regular season games, and probably two ACCT games.

Okay... win tonight. That's not a "lock", as of this very moment. Tonight's game hasn't been won. That's simply not the case. Win tonight and they are in.

Or do they have more to do? Also, what are chances they get double bye for ACC Tournament?
I have zero doubts they will lose in the 2nd round. After tonight's game, we could be one and DONE in the darn tournament!!
