I know they've been improving, but I don't think it's time to put them over Clemson. Second is probably where they belong preseason.

Good to have them competitive again. Mike Norvell's first season feels like an eon ago, but this will just be his 4th.

That was one huge mess to clean. Jumbo screwed over that program his final two years by pouting as he looked for a job that would pay him much more. He lost recruits in droves and got the boosters fighting with one another. Then Taggert had no clue how to bring all the boosters back together, much less to reignite recruiting and, most important, to re-instill discipline in the team. That bunch of undisciplined players rebelled against Norvell, but he weathered it and slowly began restoring the program.

All things considered, this could be FSU's huge come back year. If this team does not win the ACC and make the playoff, it should win 10 or more and make a NY6 bowl
