Long time reader and first made thread so bear w me

I’m all for looking ahead to the future but we’re ab to get into the thick of ACC play and it seems like no one wants to talk ab our present state. We gotta really good opportunity here in this 2 week stretch. 9-2 in ACC play sounds pretty sweet heading into the match up vs Dook. All very winnable games with a trip to Blacksburg, Moo at home, @ Clempsun, then Pitt at home. Let’s make this 4 game stretch something to talk ab and not a bunch stuff that may or may not happen. What is gonna happen are these next 4 games. I think it’ll say a lot ab our team with whatever outcome occurs. As always Go Heels! TAR...

Well done for 'popping your cherry'!

Yup, I reckon every Heel fan would be more than happy with 9-2 heading into the first Collegians vs Mercenaries match-up.

Bit concerned about VTech.... I like Buzz and he always sweats up a storm against the Heels.
You know Roy will have the team primed for Moo while Clemson at lil' John could be a tough out.
Pitt seems to have imploded this year.
4-0 for this stretch is doable but this UNC team has been such a Jekll-Hyde group, a loss isn't impossible.

I totally agree, I think we are in an awesome spot here as we can put ourselves in a great spot in the ACC and be able to gain some good momentum going into February. Most importantly for our guys, I think they need to take one game at a time and focus on playing with great energy and intensity for a full 40 minutes. The biggest thing for this group is playing together and playing to each others strengthens, do what you do best.
Theo has very much impressed me over the last 4 games as he as been able to do exactly that, he has taken what the defense has given him on the offensive end and has used that to his advantage allowing himself to get into the lane more effectively and to find his teammates, his turnovers have gone down as he has played more confident and under control. The thing I love about Theo is that when he is at his best he does exactly what the team needs. In the Notre Dame game- he saw that we needed some baskets, so he buckled down and did exactly that, against Clemson he took on a leadership role of being vocal and telling his guys in an early media timeout that they needed more movement on the offensive end which led to a lot more spacing and better looks allowing him to also get into the lane and get to the free throw line where he went 8-8 and had 6 assists, today we needed to be able to rebound better as Coach stressed it after last game, he comes away with 10 rebounds. I really think that if Theo can keep up this play by staying confident in what he does well, we will be able to take care of business in these next 4. I really believe that the rest of the team feeds off of Theo's energy and playmaking ability, and for Joel to have some pressure relieved off him it may allow some more things to open up for him.
Another big thing I want to continue to see is for Sterling to come off the bench with that same energy as yesterday and to be a force inside and on the glass. Also, for Cam to continue to assimilate himself into the offense being able to score out on the wing, showing off his sneaky passing ability and making a constant effort to move without the ball.
My main focus is Theo's play though, as I have him as my X-factor to help us win the next 4, which I believe that we can do. Let's take down Virginia Tech!!
