To go along with the other bacon thread. Of course, pork bacon is the best but what about Turkey bacon? I do also eat Turkey bacon and when prepared correctly can be good too. Turkey bacon is healthier, but is it worth the sacrifice?

Fook no.

I think there should be a law against using the word bacon on the packaging of any turkey product. It's false advertising.

It's not bacon. It's not turkey bacon. Call it Thin-N-Nasty Turkey Strips or something, but it ain't bacon.

0-star thread.

By definition bacon can only be made with pork.....

Yeah, I have eaten it before but it isn't the same. It isn't even close. I can eat it but I can eat lots of things. Comparatively it does not come close. I've been on a pretty ridiculous health kick and rigorous ab and push up routine for a couple of months though so I haven't eaten bacon during this time. My wife was on a diet and losing weight so I felt kind of guilty and decided to try and tone up. Now I'm craving bacon pretty hard though. Thanks.
