If he had been able and willing to show such passion about the many failures of his BFF assistants, including replacing them, the program would be I'm much better shape. Mack's anger was directed at the wrong object. And Mack being Mack will continue to misdirect his ager and frustration; he will keep petting his BFFs while blaming everyone and everything else.
