i don't believe saban is crooked. he's a control freak who was hired to clean up that program and i think he's done that. he's got the whole sec chomping at the bit to nail him for something. i'll change my opinion if any evidence turns up.

Not sure of his political leanings, but if Saban actually had run, (and let's just say he leans right)....

Do you think Bama fans that are democrats would vote across party lines?
Conversely, would a republican auburn fan still vote along their party lines?

So... what if the NC governor race was Roy (D) vs K (R)? How many hard core conservative UNC fans would vote along party lines for K; would they dare vote democrat out of loyalty to Roy?

All though a living breathing republican, I have never voted a straight ballot. One year I voted Richard Petty, when he ran. I do my diligence. I will vote for who I think will do the best at the job.
