Folks, the season starts on November 9th, about 2 weeks away. Are you ready?
The Basketball Prediction Contest is back for another season, with over $2,000 in prizes! We are adding a 4th contest this year, including a unique March Madness Pool which will include the top 64 players who participate in the Contests #1 and #2.
The prizes may include, but not limited to the following:
- 16 Premium subscriptions, ranging from 3-12 months
- flat screen TVs, Laptops and tablets
- gift certificates
- golf shirts
- other miscellaneous prizes
Four exciting contests!
Contest #1: Total points for entire season
Contest #2: Reset: Total points after game #15
Contest #3 Postseason Contest
30 players (Top 15 players in Contest #1 and # 2)
ACC and NCAA Tournaments games through title game (contest continues even if UNC eliminated)
Contest #4 March Madness Head-To-Head Pool
Top 64 players
Top 16 players seeded based on ESPN top 16 seeds and results in Contest #1 and #2.
Game outcomes are based on the point spread, so even if you get 16th seed in the first round you still have a chance to win. If your team covers the spread, you will advance to the next round with the winning team and your opponent will be eliminated.
Start gearing up! You can expect the first game ( UNC vs Loyola, 11/9) to be posted on 11/3 or 11/4.
