Beau Maye, brother of UNC star quarterback Drake Maye and former hoopster Luke Maye, is leaving the Carolina basketball program.

You'd think after 8 or 9 knee operations, his knees would be better than new.
I mean if I take my car to the dealer 8-9 times to have the suspension fixed, it had darn well better be perfect or I should get my money back.
That’ll be after the first loss of the season when the Carolina Faithful freak the F*** Out!
The fun brigade will be out in force as soon as we lose one, lol! (and will be back in droves when we start our tourney run!)

I reserve the right to bitch and moan after ever loss . . . and to say "I told you so" when we win.
That might just be the definition of a "fan."
B&M away, but just don't turn on our team is all I ask of our "fans!" Every team in the world has lost some they shouldn't and won some nobody expected. We need to learn not to put too much weight on early games and too much expectation on the later ones! (Not you, WWJD but many on here are a little too reactionary and patience might not even exist)
For me, it's been more about HOW we've lost than if we lost. Sports teaches you an awful lot and one of those lessons is that you don't win every time. The loses that drive me bonkers is when we appear as if we are merely going through the motions and don't really care.

Yup! Scream at the TV for the coach to call a timeout and for player X to see and then make the correct pass and player Y to hustle for that ball.........but when the dust clears, find a way to be constructive in your analysis! We play a part in the overall climate of the team and those of us in the DES can influence winning!
