It blew me away....he coached the team (in a film session) about their lack of enthusiasm after a good tackle. He is "THAT" detailed.
Another wow moment for me....in Week 16 of the 2009-10 season the patriots were up 35-0 and the win would clinch the division. The defensive players were dancing on the field with the big lead and gave up a TD in 5 plays. He let them (including Junior Seau) have it on the side line - called them "PUNKS".
