- Big recruiting weekends for 4 and 11 Jan
- 4 Jan is key since it is before spring semester starts
- Lots of recruits asking to come to "Carolina"
- His staff targets are in the NFL and still in bowls/CFP
- Expects to fill staff positions by mid-January
- NIL and portal is like NFL free agency and the draft prep
- January is also the off season prep for the returning players
