I'll allow it.Worst: Yoko Ono (yes, I know she belongs in "O", but she sucks so bad she deserved to be taunted a second time)
I thought about including Neil, and I respect his work and his insistence throughout his career of making the music he wants to make rather than bowing to the record companies; but with that said, I just can't listen to much of it. I go back and forth between sheer boredom and teeth-grinding annoyance at his whiny voice. But the man can play and write music and has been a primary influence on some of my favorite bands, such as Pearl Jam.Best: Neil Young
There's not as many Y's to choose from as I thought there might be, but I do like NY's early stuff from the 70's. I really don't listen to much of his stuff from the last 25 years, as it doesn't do much for me.I thought about including Neil, and I respect his work and his insistence throughout his career of making the music he wants to make rather than bowing to the record companies; but with that said, I just can't listen to much of it.
