Being that the year is closing today...just thought I'd share my favorite post of 2016 from a member to remain nameless.

"How do you not put this game away? Roy with no time out to set a play. The officiating called somewhat even. Paige laying egg after egg. Without Brice it would have been embarrassing. Roy and the team minus Brice is to blame.
You can spin this how every you want. Your greatest rival on the ropes and they two point you to death. This team is pitiful. No other way to look at it. I hope they all go pro."

February 17th, 2016.

50 days later and we're ACC regular season champs, tourney champs, and NCAA runner-up. Real pitiful.

More favorites from that thread:

We could have used Tokoto tonight, but he seemed to be the smart one who, like many of us this morning, just couldnt take watching the lack of heart, toughness, and quality coaching in game situations.

-----------------------

This team isn't going to beat the major contenders.

-----------------------

Have you not learned anything the last 3 years? Don't let this team fool you by winning some little bounce back game. All that does is make you believe theyve righted the ship when in reality theyre just setting themselves up for their next poor performance in a big game and inevitable Sweet 16 exit.

----------------------

I going to stick with saying our program has issues. That I don't like the product on the floor. That they continue to disappoint. Never will I look at another team to pull for. My head is not stuck in the sand. I also feel that many more are waking up to reality that our program needs a new direction.

I would have liked to nominate one of my posts but; let's just say for most of 2016, I was UN-available for comment!

:);):);):)

I think Mike Irby just spit out his coffee after reading this one!

Happy New Year everybody!!!
