Billy Ross will announce his college decision tommorrow night at 11:30 prior to midnight practice.
-Ross has been to UNC 4 times. He participated in the Freak Show, and showed the staff what he can do under the lights.
He made a surprise visit week ago, and sources say this visit went really well. Ross came out of this pleased with everything UNC had mapped out for him. But no decision was told to the staff.
Ross has recently come out with a UNC, Tennessee, and FSU top 3.
He was expected to take a visit to Knoxville after leaving Chapel Hill, but that visit Never took place.
