The NCAA never misses an opportunity to miss an opportunity.

The NCAA decided to finally assert some control over NIL and they will do it by a thorough analysis of the system so they can figure out which parts work well, and which need tweaking.

OK, all they really did was cancel something they didn't understand! They never change and most of their decisions are arbitrary!
