Sorry for the delay folks. Here is the first pick set of games. All predictions for all games in this pick set must be in by 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 19 when the New Mexico Bowl kicks off.

To avoid pushes, I have altered betting lines by .5 points if needed.

so if I were changing my mind about the Miami Beach Bowl, I would make a new post right now that would read:

Edit: Miami Beach Bowl- Please change to W. Ky. (for the record, I am not making this change).

The reason for this is because time is relatively short so I put in picks as they come in- I will catch the edits though. Note that this does not change Dick's rule- all picks must be in at the time he states. So if Toledo's QB gets raped by a bear the night before the game and can't play and the line moves 10 points and you picked Toledo and deadline has passed, then you better hope the backup QB is coked up because you can't change it.

Toophly- please confirm that you understand there is a $20 entry fee and winner takes all with the exception of second place- he keeps his $20.

@toophly1124 If you don't confirm before kickoff that you are good for $20, then I can't count your entry. Sorry, this is Dick's pool and he's nothing if not a stickler for rules and $20 is the entry fee.

Actually I did not know that but I love to gamble so no worries here ..let me know how/when/who to pay and it won't be a problem .. Thanks for the look out!

I'm almost positive rivals rewards you with some sort of trophy for that sentence right there. Getting raped by a bear and coked up in the same sentence is legendary stuff.
