It's NOT a guarantee, but if the Heels win against Clemson they should play in the Orange Bowl. It's possible that Clemson could still be the higher ranked ACC team and it's also possible that if UNC wins, Florida St could be the highest ranked ACC team, but I just believe that if the Heels win, they are the highest ranked ACC team and go to the Orange. The real question is where do the Heels end up if Clemson wins???
