Just caught up with four-star wide receiver Brad Hawkins Jr. at Semper Fidelis Bowl registration and he tells me North Carolina and South Carolina are pushing hard for official visits.
He's committed to Michigan, but says he's considering taking those trips next month before National Signing Day. Hawkins intends to chat with Jim Harbaugh and figure out if he can take visits -- at this point, he said he wasn't sure if his recruiting process was over and done with.
