Is @coolwaterunc sick or something? I haven't seen him post anything about it.

a) Why is Business Insider doing sub reviews?

b) Why are there only 4 chains represented, and why was the "winner" a joint I've never even heard of?

c) Why should I trust the opinion of somebody so lacking in basic sandwich-eating skills that her hands end up looking like this?:

d) Who made that sub, because I've never gotten that much oil and/or vinegar applied to mine?

e) Who took that picture?

There's a lot wrong with this review. In fact, it's pretty much all wrong. Final grade: F

I didn't realize there was one there. That one's closer to me, but it doesn't matter anymore. *sobs*
You might as well pull the band-aid off and try JMike's gluten-free roll, you know? If we're being honest, the bread isn't what makes JM subs good; it's the freshly shaved meats (*cringes at that phrase*), the oil/vinegar, the relish, etc. You never know -- it might totally mask the taste of the GF roll.

At least then you'll know and either 1) have closure, 2) decide if the good outweighs the bad of the taste and you wanna keep eating it to acclimatize yourself to it.

He's right. They need to settle down on the Mike's way stuff. If Mike's way means that the sandwich will undoubtedly fall apart and be difficult to eat, then do it differently.

Anyone who unwraps a sub to put it on a plate before eating is a psychopath.

*She, and I’ve never had a sub Mike’s way that was that saturated with oil and vinegar. Either the employee screwed up or she requested extra to sabotage the ratings. I don’t trust her.

it’s probably blasphemy on this board to order tuna from a sub shop, but their tuna mike’s way is fantastic.

I'll order tuna every now and then from a local mom and pop sub shop. But yeah, I don't do tuna at chain sub shops. I don't know why. I've fooled myself into thinking it's better quality at the locally owned shop, I guess.
