Hubert says stuff to the press that is often hyperbole or bs.
Case in point, he called Zayden High the best shooting big in the 2023 class recently. He's not even the best shooting big Hubert offered after we lost GG. That would be the Power kid going to dook. At this point you can just replace Hubert's audio with the generic adult noise from the Peanuts cartoons.

Is it just me or does it seem like the refs are making the calls 2 seconds after the event almost like waiting to see what happens? Maybe my tv has a lag to it.

Nickel's shooting percentage disagrees with you. So does his defense.
More importantly, Nickel is in no way capable of playing the 1/2. So he isn't subbing in for Love.
He has also only played a total of 57 minutes since the Citadel and 25 of those 57 minutes was in one game!
The game he played 25 minutes he 8 points on 3-5 shooting!

Wake putting McKoy into screen and roll every possession bc he can't guard it.
I realize Hubert has a soft spot for McKoy bc he played AAU ball with Hubert's son. But he is going to have to recognize McKoy is a 3rd string player in the ACC.
