You'd see a slew of positive poasts from me if you read the premium football board. Remaining schedule:Looks like Putin has hacked another account. No way the real @TarHeelNation11 would post something positive.
Premium board? You're already mad at me for not buying season football tickets and not donating 50% of my salary to the rams club. Now you expect me to pay for premium too? You'd see a slew of positive poasts from me if you read the premium football board. Remaining schedule:
VT -- win
@ Miami -- win (narrowly)
Pitt -- win
ND -- win (narrowly)
@ Duke -- lose (because WTF)
@ Moo -- win (because it's Moo)
UVA -- win
Louisville -- win
@ Pitt -- win (Stallings will already be on the hot seat by then)
@ UVA -- lose
Duke -- win
We lose 2 more conference games, 3 tops (at Miami OR at Moo but not both) and 15-3 or 14-4 is absolutely good enough to win the ACC regular season this year.
Everyone has an off game, still think FSU is legit. They could for sure. They have the toughest schedule of the top teams though. Of course, FSU had the easiest and they looked pretty terrible tonight.
Calling it right now. Discuss.

If they do they will have to earn it thru a murderer's row down the stretch, but these guys definitely have it in them... especially if Theo is still good to go.Calling it right now. Discuss.
Yeah, the stretch run is pretty brutal. If the guys take it one game at a time and don't overlook anybody, we can win the regular season. Like you said, Theo is crucial to our chances. We simply play with more energy and toughness with him healthy. If they do they will have to earn it thru a murderer's row down the stretch, but these guys definitely have it in them... especially if Theo is still good to go.
Theo or no Theo, it was nice seeing the Heels bury an opponent they're supposed to bury last night. No screwing around and letting VT hang around. We buried them before halftime.Yeah, the stretch run is pretty brutal. If the guys take it one game at a time and don't overlook anybody, we can win the regular season. That almost made me break my "no likes in 2017" rule.
On a side note to last night, got to give a nod to LaPhonso Ellis, hearing him go on about Carolina, traditions, family, and the camera panned the arena to see Lenny, Antawn, Phil, even Desmond Hubert and to paraphrase Ellis went on about "who wouldn't want to come here to play".
He has taken that tone twice in games at the Smith Center, thanks Phonso we need the positive discussion on air.

To be honest, I like a lot of the guys that ESPN features right now. For color commentary, I like Ellis, the guy who does SEC games with Musburger (don't get me started on Musburger's forced resignation. I'm still bitter), and of course, Bilas. For P-B-P guys, I like Boog Schiambi, Ravech, McDonough, and I really like Schulman. ESPN has some really solid basketball guys right now, IMHO.Yeah, I really like Ellis. I have feeling if someone rated guys he wouldn't score particularly well but I think he is fantastic. He is positive and seems pretty genuine. He also comes across as enthusiastic about the game without sounding silly.
I agree. He's becoming one of my favorites. He's enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and articulate. It certainly doesn't hurt that he seems to have a degree of respect for Roy and our program. He's one of my favorite guys to listen to. I think he does a fantastic job and it's not only because he usually has glowing remarks for the Heels. His commentary is just good.

I've also always liked Fran Frischila, and like I said above, I like Ravech. He's obviously espn's big baseball host, but I think it's cool he has embraced CBB. He hosts the halftime shows with Jay and Seth, and does the occasional PBP on TV broadcasts. He also tweets a lot about CBB. He seems genuinely into it.Schulman and Bilas is the A team. But I agree, I think there are several teams on ESPN right now that are doing a great job. I could see Ellis moving up quickly. I know some of y'all may hate him, but I love Walton. Not so much from a basketball standpoint, but just for pure entertainment. I honestly learn some odd historical facts when I listen to him do a game. Plus, he only does PAC games and I never give a shit about any of those teams so I can just listen to him ramble on about weird shit.

I will be very disappointed if they don't. We have never had the schedule so stacked up in our favor as we have it this year. Louisville, Fla St, ND, Vs Tech all at home with no return game. I remember plenty of years when we had the short end of the schedule, so I won't apologize for winning it this year.Everyone has an off game, still think FSU is legit.
WTF toughest schedule? What are you looking at? It is back loaded, but look at it in it's entirety. They could for sure. They have the toughest schedule of the top teams though. Of course, FSU had the easiest and they looked pretty terrible tonight.

yeah......not really clear enough for anyone to assume anything from that reply. What does that matter? Those games have already been played and the only thing worth considering for this discussion are the games that are left. We have a tough schedule from here until the end of the season. What has already happened is kind of irrelevant since we know the results of those games. What is still to come is what is important. Overall, UNC had a pretty favorable schedule talking about the teams we get to play at home just once, though we also don't get a few of the weaker teams twice either. Regardless, I assumed everyone would know I meant from here on out.

Of our remaining 6 games versus ranked teams, 4 are at home too.
Bump. See OP and evaluate how I'm doing with the predictions.
This time of the season but especially as tight as it is right now, I am in 1 game at a time mode and not thinking about the end results.
Gonna tell yall right now, Louisville scares me more than any game we have left to play on the regular season slate, even more than duke. Right now I would take a 1pt win and go party because IMO this one is going to be tuff, we are going to need to bring it hard!
I'd take a 1-point win as well. They're the best team we have left (IMO). But I just wanna point out things are playing out according to plan. This time of the season but especially as tight as it is right now, I am in 1 game at a time mode and not thinking about the end results.
