Take it for what it's worth, but it sounded like UNC might be a little more then just an after thought for Ruiz. It's on ESPN Insider but to give you the gist of his statement, he said UNC fits his criteria and is everything he is looking for and that Coach Kap is in contact with him a lot!
I know he's probably a Michigan or 'Bama guy, but I thought it to be a pretty positive quote for us.
