Channel 5 reporting Thursday is the day

Jeff Gravely is reporting on WRAL-Channel 5 that UNC may be releasing the NOA this afternoon. He referred to it during an intro to the Athlete Of the Week award to air this afternoon. He said that may be preempted as they are hearing that UNC will release the NOA this afternoon. Anyone else hearing anything?
