This is a good move. It's Fedora's offense. He's the one pulling the strings behind the scenes and that won't change. We need staff continuity and this will be a good experience for Coach Kapilovic.
Not sure. He's done a fantastic job. Coach Heckendorf was also promoted to passing game coordinator.
No one even knows if Kap is calling the plays or not yet. He may not be. Our coaching staff titles, especially on offense, are just that -- titles. They aren't necessarily indicative of specific responsibilities.
That's what I was alluding to in my first post - poor choice of words on my part regarding his title. You're definitely right and explained it more clearly.
And when I say "nobody knows," obviously I mean we peons don't know

Like the sound of that for sure. Just get the man a damn hair tie so he can keep track of the down on his fingers like refs do. He forgot the down twice in important situations last year.
he can get a device at any store that has officiating supplies (goes around your wrist and then you put it on your fingers for each down) In fact I will send him my old one.
Kap will be on the sideline and not the booth...not sure which has the most advantage but probably a matter of personal preference...
