I'm highly impressed by this man. Watched a short interview and the way he approaches coaches make me think he will be a good one. Love the discipline aspect this new staff preaches. I actually believe them when the say it oppose to it just being just talk. Warren has a a lot of talent to work with imo. Player wise I feel the secondary is the most talented group on the D. Very curious to see what he can do with this group.
