one run in didn't sound like he was safe either but either way a run. once again the fundamentals bite us in the butt (LL dropping the pop up) and leads to that run
Hard bunt to the pitcher, throw to the plate, and the runner is called safe despite looking like he never touched the plate. NO REPLAY available on GoHeelsTV but I'm almost positive he was out.

HPB and the bases are loaded with 2 outs. This is going to be a really, really painful loss if the Heels can't rally. So many mistakes AGAIN.
I couldn't see the play.....having to listen to the audio. I am too cheap to pay for the video but from where I am sitting he was out
Payoff pitch and got him looking. That avoids an even bigger disaster, but UNC is now looking at a 1-run deficit on a night they've only been able to muster 9 hits in 10 innings.
