Could the elimination of ACC Football divisions be on the horizon?
Posted Feb 9, 2022ACC commissioner Jim Phillips said last year that at some point, the ACC would ask the NCAA that divisions no longer be required for conferences with 12 or more teams to hold a championship game. The ACC has not done that yet, but conversations this week could push the league closer to making that a reality. "It feels we are headed in that direction." (ESPN.com)
