We've already played 22 and will finish the regular season with 31.

It looks like we are down to a single bye in the ACCT, and could slip to no bye at all. Meaning another 5 games = 36.

Then if we are a play-in game to get to the NCAAT, we could play 7 games there = 43.

I think at this point that your equation might ought to count possible games in the NIT as opposed to the NCAA. And it is folly anyway as I don’t see this team being able to string together multiple wins in the ACCT
