Anyone have it? Let's assume everyone stays this year and we lose only Justin and the seniors next year. Anyone have a 2 year look at it?

Sometimes the whole scholarship thing is confusing to me. But I think I can get my head around it.

Next year (2015-2016)
Sr. - Paige
Sr. - Johnson
Sr. - Tokoto
Sr. - James

Jr. - Meeks
Jr. - Hicks
Jr. - Britt
Jr. - White

So. - Jackson
So. - Berry
So. - Pinson

Fr. - Maye

The Following year (2016-2017)
Sr. - Meeks
Sr. - Hicks
Sr. - Britt
Sr. - White

Jr. - Jackson (maybe early entry after So. season)
Jr. - Berry
Jr. - Pinson

So. - Maye

Fr. - none as of now.

So to me it looks like we could sign a huge class for 2016. Here's who I think we sign and the percentage next to each players' name illustrates how confident I am in signing them.

Bam-Bam - 90%
Tony Bradley - 75%
Giles - 50%
Simmons - 50%

If we were fortunate enough to sign those 4 guys, we could still take another one or two (based on Justin Jackson's intentions). I have no idea who else we're after.

Dennis Smith and seventh woods are strongly in the mix to end up tarheels!! ..should have 4-6 scholarships available for 2016 as long as the NCAA stays away from them!!

this would concern me...woods isn't what this team needs, imo...i'm done with the combo guards that want to be ball handlers and scorers...i was so high on him two years ago...now, not so much.

besides, he might wanna play with his buddy pj dozier.

i can get behind smith though!

It appears that he'll walk-on his freshman year and subsequently receive a scholarship for the remainder of his time. That would mean, of course, that UNC is targeting two more recruits (possibly a transfer) to sign before the end of the spring.

Luke Maye

gteeitup..we desperately need a fast guard to break down the d at the top of the key and get to the rack and finish..or to kick to open shooters..seventh woods is perfect for that..plus he can knock down the 3 himself at a respectable rate!!

i'm not denying his skill at all...i just worry about his frame of mind in roy's system.

i'd rather have the next lawson than the next iverson...and i'm not equating talent to either, both were great...everytime i hear about a guard that is "learning the pg position" i get concerned.
