North Carolina welcomes West Virginia guard Jonathan Powell, and here we deep dive more into his game
It's the offseason. Everyone is going to be awesome, and no transfer or freshman will be compared to a bad player.Wow! He sounds a lot better than I was thinking. Thanks for this upbeat broadcast.

I don't know enough about Jonathan Powell, but if he can make catch and shoot 3s and defend his position, he's going to have a role on this team.
I did listen. It was more of a general reply to what I replied to. I think you do a solid job in your analysis, and it's an opinionated piece of content, so people will agree or disagree. I don't think there's an "intent" with any analysis. I've worked in sports media for my professional career, so I think I understand it to a degree. Apologies if any of it sounded like a direct shot at your content; it wasn't meant to be that way. That's not how we roll. I did an extensive study into him as a player and we discussed it. We NEVER build up anyone or anything with the intent on being positive. There are things to like about his game and potential so we discussed it. We also noted some concerns. You should listen. It's definitely not a be-positive-in-the-offseason podcast, because we never do stuff like that.

I do think offseason content tends to be more positive (across all CBB media) than not. Particularly with incoming players.
