Miami just killing miss st! The other night Georgia tech who will finish at the bottom of the acc beat Tennessee. Has been and always will be a football conf!

With the winningest basketball program in the history of college basketball to boot. Crazy!

The ACC has looked below average as well overall. However, the SEC is pretty terrible overall. No doubt.

No argument here….Arkansas will suck this year just like the have the past several…on the other hand they sure can make some sweet looking $20 bills on their home printer!!!!!!! BY the way…….I ABSOLUTELY can't stand cansucky!!!! Making a mockery of the NC2A….

No wonder racking up all those wins in that cupcake conf! They sure wouldn't be the all time winningest team if they played in the acc!

Dominating what has traditionally been a weak basketball conference has certainly padded their wins. It's probably helped them to win 2-3 more NCAA titles than if they had played in the ACC as well. For a long time, only the team that won the conference advanced to the NCAAT.

The SEC is a great football league. The ACC is a great basketball league. The B1G may be the best combination of both.

Is that the best you can do to defend your conference? No wonder so many hate Kentucky,it's your piss poor fanbase.

They will run thru that garbage a-- league but that will hurt them more than it will help them! Come March they will come up short again just like the buffalo bills, they have one championship in the last 17 yrs nobody fears Kensucky!

Agreed. Look at FSU. Their football program has racked up so many wins because of their membership in the ACC. Before joining the ACC, FSU sported a record of 293-165-15 for a winning percentage of roughly 62%. After joining the ACC in 1992, FSU is 239-66-1 for a winning percentage of 78% and 3 nattys. From '92 to 2003, they failed to win the conference just once. Now winning a championship in football is indeed different than in basketball, but FSU has benefited from weak foes in that they've finished seasons with high win totals against lesser competition and were voted to the top of the polls. Similarly, UK has beaten up on lesser opponents, basically ensuring them of top seeds which makes their path to a championship considerably easier.

He's not new, Sparky. just decided to pitch in and help with all the bluegrass garbage we've had to haul off lately.

LSU might be tough. Bilas says the kid from down under is the best player in the nation.

Exactly gun. FSU has benefitted greatly from playing in a traditionally weak football league. Ditto for UK playing basketball in the traditionally weak SEC. It pads your wins and makes you a shoo in for a high seed.
