I have been thinking about this little trap that UNC finds itself in and I am not sure how we get out of it. It is no secret that Roy and UNC are no fans of the one and done climate, but still want top tier players. At the same time, our failure to get "one and dones" makes the top tier talent overall shy away for one reason or another.
As a result, we get solid, but not upper elite talent that stays for three or four years and as a result of that the top tier kids that may want to come to UNC now don't want to because of available playing time.
Are we kind of screwed or am I missing something?
