Hubert seems very satisfied and content just to be the head coach. Not sure if that will be enough for him to be successful. By that, I mean, he doesn't come off as being demanding enough with the players. It may work well for some players but I would think that some players need the coach to ride them a little. Like Roy did with Brice and Meeks.
